Duties
  1. Planning and support for administrative information system development
  2. Maintenance of the database auditing system (Guardium) and assistance with administrative database management
  3. Maintenance of the administrative e-Platform (eCare System) architecture (core information system maintenance)
  4. Planning and maintenance of the Student Leave & Attendance System
  5. Planning and maintenance of the Student Learning Portfolio functions
  6. Planning and maintenance of digital systems for advisor-related services
  7. Planning and maintenance of the Document Number Tracking System
  8. Maintenance of the UCAN on-campus testing module
  9. Support for smart campus digital transformation projects
  10. Support for personnel system digitalization, including electronic onboarding notices and digital promotion processes for contracted staff
  11. Assistance with planning and maintenance of the Work-Study & Scholarship Management Platform and the Project Principal Investigator System
  12. Assistance with cybersecurity vulnerability remediation and server management for various administrative information systems
  13. Maintenance of data integration mechanisms:
    1. Integration with the digital learning platform
    2. Integration of UCAN data for student learning portfolios
    3. Integration of administrative data with the procurement system
    4. LINE Official Account binding mechanism and scheduled notification services
  14. Other tasks as assigned
